B2B Support Agent

Experience:

– Strong ability to proactively manage assigned tasks or projects
– Customer focus and can-do attitude
– Advanced English knowledge Level (Both spoken and written)
– Computer literacy; ideally proficient using of Office programmes
– Strong grasp on technology
– Analytical and problem-solving ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency
– Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver the presentation and communicate at all levels within an organization,
– Ability to collaborate and build long-term relationships with customers (internal and external)
– Strong ability to efficiently self-manage work time and duties
– Strong work ethics
– Flexibility on working hours (between 10:00 and 22:00)
– Ability to work on weekends, but not every weekend (maybe remote work from home on these days)

Would be a plus:

– Knowledge and experience working in the gaming industry would be advantageous
– Previous online Support or E-commerce support experience
– Excellent written English
– Knowledge of German language on a basic level

Requirements:

– Monitor email queues and provide support and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
– Assess and assist the various requests related to technical and operational problems and tasks and provide solutions
– Provide support and service to our international B2B customers
– Coordinate with internal and/or remote departments to improve operations efficiency
