B2B Support Agent

— Strong ability to proactively manage assigned tasks or projects

— Computer literacy; ideally proficient using of Office programs
— Strong grasp on technology
— Analytical and problem-solving ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs
— Strong interpersonal skills and ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency
— Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver the presentation and communicate at all levels within an organization,
— Ability to collaborate and build long-term relationships with customers (internal and external)
— Strong ability to efficiently self-manage work time and duties
— Strong work ethics
— Flexibility on working hours (between 10:00 and 22:00)
— Ability to work on weekends, but not every weekend (maybe remote work from home on these days)

Would be a plus:

— Knowledge and experience in the gaming industry
— Previous technical or E-commerce support experience
— Upper-intermediate level of English at least

— Monitor email queues and provide support and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
— Assess and assist the various requests related to technical and operational problems and tasks and provide solutions
— Provide support and service to our international B2B customers
— Coordinate with internal and/or remote departments to improve operations efficiency
