Product/Integration Manager

Requirements:

— 1-2 years of experience in a payments/processing role
— Engineering or Computer Science qualification
— Good analytical skills
— Familiarity with the PCI DSS standard (preferred but not required)
— Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the project
— Ability to look at situations from a risk-based approach
— Solid organizational, time management and complex problem-solving abilities
— At least the Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

— Create and manage integration and product roadmap. Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally
— Work with stakeholders and customers to identify and understand new requirements
— Identify product gaps and weak sides and defines requirements to fill these product gaps
— Test the integrated PSPs before going to the prod environment
— Collect and share the acceptance rate once PSP is integrated
— Write detailed functional specifications, user stories, and product documentation
— Work with the developers and designers to solve the tasks that meet the expected outcomes
— Work with cross-functional teams on product dependencies
— Build, groom and prioritize the backlog
— Participates in the meetings i.e. daily stand-up, backlog prioritizing
— Manage relationship with payment partners and providers – provide product updates, learn about new offerings, discuss industry trends
— Work with customer support to troubleshoot escalated customer issues. Identifying product improvements based on customer experience to achieve optimal success rates
