PSP Manager for Payment gateway
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience of successful sales/account management experience in the payments industry;
- Excellent analytical skills & common sense;
- Understanding of e-commerce and technical side of payment processing;
- Experience in negotiating commercial contracts;
- Strong aptitude for structured problem solving and quantitative skills;
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English; Upper-Intermediate English is a must;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining onboard process of payment processing partners;
- Manage partner relationships (banks, payment service providers, payment systems, merchants within territories);
- Create tasks and follow the process of execution and performing;
- Actively participating with suggestions and ideas for improving the payment channels;
- Perform market research and industry analysis (pricing & commercial terms analysis, prepare materials for discussion/ presentations);
- Manage relationship with providers – provide product updates, learn about new offerings;
- Work with the developers, designers and customer support to solve the tasks that meet the expected outcomes.
